Pay Later: The payment period offered is 30 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service.
Pay Over Time: With the service from Klarna you can pay for your purchase in 3 interest-free installments over 60 days according to the conditions stated in the checkout.

You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, which will take you to an online tracking portal, or by contacting a Customer Services representative.

Merchandise ordered on michaelkors.co.uk can be shipped to addresses in the UK. For orders to other countries, please visit the relevant Michael Kors site for your country.
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of package at our return facility. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
Gifts can be returned by post or in store, as outlined above, when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by post, please note that refunds can only be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Therefore we recommend returning gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where our associates will be able to assist you in exchanging the item, or providing a credit by Michael Kors gift card.

The pricing quoted on the site includes VAT (where applicable) at the rate in the UK on the day on which you place your order on the site. The prices quoted exclude shipping charges which are quoted separately and can be found in the Shipping & Delivery Information page. No. There are no customs charges payable on any order. You will not be required to pay any fees or charges to receive or return any order.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if a product or price is incorrectly listed.
