1. WEBSITE ORDERS:

michaelkors.eu accepts the following payment type for online purchases:

• American Express
• Visa
• MasterCard

• PayPal

• Michael Kors Gift Card

If paying by card or PayPal, an authorization hold for the total amount of your order is placed on the payment method at the time of order placement, but you will not be charged until your order ships. If your payment is not authorized you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment. For Collect in Store orders, where available, a payment authorization will be placed at the time of purchase and held until you are charged for the order at the time of collection.

Our checkout process uses Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey, where applicable, to verify your online transaction.

Please note that not all payment methods can be used for every type of order – the payment methods applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

Klarna offers different payment options based on the customer’s billing address and transaction amount. Please refer to the table below for countries where Klarna payment options are available and visit https://www.klarna.com/ for more information.

For customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland, Klarna offers one or more of the following payment options:

Please also note in the event that you wish to return an item, any orders paid for by PayPal that are returned in store for refund can only be refunded to gift card or cash. If you wish to receive a refund to your PayPal account, you must return your order by post. Purchases made by Klarna cannot be returned to store. They can only be returned by post.

3. GIFT CARDS AND E-GIFT CARDS

A Michael Kors gift card is guaranteed to delight. Choose between a Classic Gift Card and an E-Gift Card. Classic Gift Cards ship in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Information, while E-Gift Cards are generally emailed the same day and ready to use within 24 hours. You may check the balance of your Michael Kors Classic Gift Card or your Michael Kors E-Gift Card (each referred to here as a “Gift Card”) at any time by visiting a participating Michael Kors retail store or by contacting our customer services team.

Please note: At this time, we do not offer for sale any Michael Kors Classic Gift Card or Michael Kors E-Gift Cards through michaelkors.eu or through our in-store assisting selling tool. You may, however, redeem your Michael Kors Gift Card on michaelkors.eu or by using our in-store assisting selling tool.

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your purchase or use of a Gift Card is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The gift card will expire after 36 months following the card’s issuance.
• The gift card is redeemable for merchandise purchased at any freestanding Michael Kors store and at any participating, official Michael Kors website (subject to the website's shipping and other policies).
• It should be presented at the time of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
• We cannot replace lost or stolen cards unless required by law.
• Treat this card like cash.
• We may issue a replacement card for the remaining balance.

• Your consumer rights are not impaired by the above.

How do I use my Classic Gift Card to make purchases at michaelkors.eu?

To apply the balance of a Gift Card to an online purchase at michaelkors.eu, simply enter the gift card number and PIN in the appropriate fields in the payment stage of our checkout process. On a Michael Kors Classic Gift Card, the gift card number and the PIN are on the back of the physical card. The gift card number and the PIN for a Michael Kors E-Gift Card can be found in the copy of the E-Gift Card sent via email to the recipient.

How do I use my E-Gift Card in a Michael Kors store?

To redeem a Michael Kors E-Gift Card at a Michael Kors retail store, print out the Michael Kors E-Gift Card email and present it at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your print-out includes a barcode, the gift card number and the PIN (or that you know the PIN) at the time of the purchase.

How do I use my Gift Card to make purchases using the in-store assisted selling tool?

To apply the balance of a Gift Card to a purchase, simply present the gift card number and PIN at the payment stage of the checkout process. On a Michael Kors Classic Gift Card, the gift card number and the PIN are on the back of the physical card. Can I use both a Gift Card and another payment method to pay for an order?

If you are using both a Gift Card and another payment method to pay for an order, the full Gift Card value will be deducted first, and then the balance will be paid using another payment method. For online returns only, if you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.

Can I purchase Gift Cards using a Gift Card?

At this time, we do not allow Gift Cards to be purchased using another Gift Card as payment.

Will I be able to apply any coupons or promotions to a purchase of a Gift Card?

Generally, coupons, discounts and other promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.

The standard Michael Kors Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to any products purchased with a Michael Kors Gift Card, as well as the purchase of Gift Cards themselves (except where a card has been opened, activated, used or its performance has otherwise begun). Any requested refunds of purchases made with your E-Gift Card will be refunded back to E-Gift Card.
