Any orders placed between the 19th November 2025 to 31st December 2025, can be returned online or returned and exchanged in-store until 31st January 2026. T&C's Apply.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of facemasks,swimwear, underwear, jewellery or beauty products where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed, nor of custom-made or personalised items (including items that have been monogrammed or engraved).

This Return Policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your statutory right to withdrawal or your statutory warranty.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received, except as otherwise stated here. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

You have two options for returning or exchanging merchandise purchased online on www.michaelkors.eu or in store using our in-store assisted selling tool: by mail or in store subject to the restrictions outlined below. All returns or exchanges of online orders, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries you will have 30 days from the day on which you receive your last delivery for that order.

Please note, for orders placed on or after 15th October 2025 on our Site, the below return fees will be applied per order. The return fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. The fee will not apply to Products returned to a Michael Kors Store.

Option 1: By Mail (Return fee will be applied per order)

To return by mail using our service, please follow these instructions:

1. Registered User: Visit your ‘Order History’ section in your account to initiate the desired return.
   Guest User: Search for the order you wish to return here.
2. Securely pack your merchandise. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if possible.
3. Follow the instructions provided and drop off your return package at any local post office or drop off location indicated.
4. Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. A refund for the item will be made to the original payment method.

For returns in Lithuania, Norway, or Romania, please contact Customer Services in order to arrange your return.

You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us. Please note that in the event that you choose another courier or shipping service to return your item rather than use the above service, except in the case of defective or nonconforming product, you will be responsible for the cost of return.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Option 2: In Store (Free)

To start your return, select the country your order was placed in and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate your in-store return.

You can return or exchange items purchased at michaelkors.eu, or in store using our in-store assisted selling tool, in any Michael Kors Store (excluding outlet, concessions or travel retail stores) located in the delivery country of your order. You will need to present your returns form or other proof of purchase at the time of the return or exchange. Note that in-store exchanges are subject to stock availability in that store. Subject to the below exceptions, credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Please note, purchases made by Klarna, Open Invoice or Direct Debit cannot be returned to store. They can only be returned by mail.

Please note items purchased in a Michael Kors Outlet Store using our in-store assisted selling tool can only be returned to a Michael Kors Outlet Store located in the country where you placed your order.

The above in-store return policies also apply to orders that were bought online and collected in a store.

For returns in Lithuania, Norway, or Romania, please contact Customer Services in order to arrange your return.

RETURNING A GIFT

Gifts can be returned by mail or in store, as outlined above, when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original returns form. For gifts returned by mail, please note that refunds can only be processed against the original account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Therefore we recommend returning gifts to a Michael Kors Lifestyle store, where our associates will be able to assist you in exchanging the item, or providing a credit by Michael Kors gift card.

Nuo 2025 m. lapkričio 19 d. iki 2025 m. gruodžio 31 d. pateiktus užsakymus galima grąžinti internetu arba grąžinti ir pakeisti parduotuvėje iki 2026 m. sausio 31 d. Taikomos Taisyklės ir sąlygos.

Prekių grąžinimas ir keitimas

Jei dėl kokios nors priežasties nesate patenkinti savo užsakymu, galite grąžinti mums prekes, kurios yra naujos, nenaudotos, su originaliomis etiketėmis. Grąžinamos Prekės negali būti skalbtos, dėvėtos ar pakeistos. Mes nepriimame atgal veido kaukių, maudymosi kostiumėlių, apatinių drabužių, juvelyrinių dirbinių ir kosmetikos prekių, jei buvo nuimta ar sulaužyta higienos plomba, taip pat nepriimamos pagal užsakymą pagamintos prekės (įskaitant prekes su monogramomis ar graviruotėmis).

Šios prekių grąžinimo sąlygos neturi įtakos jūsų teisėms, kurios gali jums priklausyti pagal taikytinus įstatymus, įskaitant jūsų teises dėl užsakymo atšaukimo ar garantijos.

Suma už jūsų grąžintą (-as) prekę (-es) bus pervesta į jūsų sąskaitą tokiu pačiu būdu, kurį pasirinkote atsiskaitydami už prekę (-es), išskyrus šiose sąlygose nurodytus atvejus. Gausite el. laišką, patvirtinantį grąžinimo proceso užbaigimą.

Prekes, įsigytas internetu svetainėje michaelkors.eu arba Prekes, įsigytas mūsų parduotuvėje naudojantis mūsų pagalbiniu pardavimo įrankiu, galite grąžinti arba pakeisti dviem būdais: paštu arba parduotuvėje, atsižvelgiant į toliau pateiktus taikomus apribojimus. Grąžinant arba keičiant internetinius užsakymus paštu arba parduotuvėje, prekės turi būti mums grąžintos per 30 dienų nuo prekių pristatymo jums dienos. Jei jūsų užsakymo prekės buvo pristatytos atskirai, turite grąžinti jas per 30 dienų nuo tos dienos, kada buvo pristatyta paskutinė to užsakymo prekė.

Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad užsakymams, pateiktiems mūsų svetainėje 2025 m. spalio 15 d. ar vėliau, bus taikomi toliau nurodyti grąžinimo mokesčiai kiekvienam užsakymui. Grąžinimo mokestis bus išskaičiuotas iš bendros grąžinamos sumos. Mokestis netaikomas produktams, grąžintiems į „Michael Kors“ parduotuvę.

1 variantas: paštu (už kiekvieną užsakymą bus taikomas grąžinimo mokestis)

Norėdami grąžinti paštu naudodamiesi mūsų paslauga, laikykitės šių instrukcijų:

1. Registruotas vartotojas: Norėdami pradėti grąžinimo procedūrą, apsilankykite savo paskyros skyriuje „Užsakymų istorija“.
   Svečias: Ieškokite užsakymo, kurį norite grąžinti, čia.
2. Saugiai supakuokite grąžinamas Prekes. Jei įmanoma, naudokite siuntinio dėžutę ir medžiagas.
3. Laikykitės nurodytų instrukcijų ir palikite grąžinamą siuntą bet kuriame vietiniame pašte arba nurodytoje išsiuntimo vietoje.
4. Prekių grąžinimo procesas bus užbaigtas daugiausia per 14 dienų. Kompensuojama suma bus grąžinta pirminio mokėjimo būdu.

Dėl grąžinimų Lietuvoje, Norvegijoje ar Rumunijoje skambinkite į klientų aptarnavimo tarnybą ir susitarkite dėl savo prekės grąžinimo.

Jūs esate atsakingi už tinkamą prekės supakavimą, ženklinimą ir pristatymą mums. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad tuo atveju, jei prekėms grąžinti pasirinksite kitą kurjerį ar siuntimo paslaugą, o ne prieš tai paminėtą paslaugą, jūs turėsite padengti prekių grąžinimo išlaidas, nebent būtų grąžinamos prekės su defektais ar neatitinkančios aprašymo.

Jei mums grąžinta prekė yra netinkamos būklės, mes galime išsiųsti ją atgal jums.

2 variantas: Parduotuvėje (Nemokamai)

Norėdami pradėti grąžinimą, pasirinkite šalį, kurioje pateikėte užsakymą, ir vykdydami instrukcijas ekrane pradėkite grąžinimą į parduotuvę.

Svetainėje michaelkors.eu įsigytas prekes galite grąžinti arba pakeisti per mūsų pardavimo pagalbinį įrankį parduotuvėje, bet kurioje „Michael Kors“ parduotuvėje (išskyrus išparduotuves, nedidelius prekybos taškus ir keleiviams skirtos mažmeninės prekybos vietas) šalyje, į kurią buvo pristatytas užsakymas. Grąžindami ar keisdami prekę, turite pateikti grąžinimo formą arba kitą pirkimą patvirtinantį dokumentą. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad galimybė pakeisti prekę parduotuvėje priklausys nuo to, ar tam tikra prekė nėra išparduota. Atsižvelgiant į toliau pateiktas išimtis, suma už grąžintą (-as) prekę (-es) bus pervesta į jūsų sąskaitą tokiu pačiu būdu, kuris buvo pasirinktas atsiskaitymo metu. Gausite el. laišką, patvirtinantį grąžinimo proceso užbaigimą.

Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad prekių, už kurias atsiskaitėte per „Klarna“, atvira sąskaita ar naudojantis tiesioginio debeto paslauga, negalėsite grąžinti parduotuvėje. Jas galite grąžinti tik paštu.

Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad prekes, įsigytas „Michael Kors“ išparduotuvėje naudojantis mūsų pagalbiniu pardavimo įrankiu, galite grąžinti „Michael Kors“ išparduotuvėje šalyje, kurioje užsakėte prekes.

Pirmiau pateikta grąžinimo parduotuvėje politika taip pat taikoma internetiniams užsakymams, kurie buvo atsiimti parduotuvėje.

Dėl grąžinimo Lietuvoje, Norvegijoje ar Rumunijoje skambinkite į Klientų aptarnavimo tarnybą ir susitarkite dėl grąžinimo.

DOVANOS GRĄŽINIMAS

Dovanas galima grąžinti paštu arba parduotuvėje, kaip nurodyta anksčiau, kartu pateikiant dovanos gavimo kvitą arba originalią grąžinimo formą. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad grąžinant dovanas paštu, kompensuojama suma gali būti pervesta tik į pirminę sąskaitą tokiu pačiu būdu, kuriuo buvo gautas mokėjimas. Todėl mes patariame grąžinti dovanas į „Michael Kors Lifestyle“ parduotuvę, kurioje mūsų partneriai padės jums pakeisti prekę, arba rinktis kreditą į „Michael Kors“ dovanų kortelę.
